Refund and Returns Policy

At QSS-PK (Quantum Surgical Solutions), customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product delivered
• Damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by QSS-PK.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be intact
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

• The returned product fails inspection
• Replacement or exchange is not possible

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
• Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from QSS-PK

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
• Items repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel
• Customized or special-order medical equipment

6. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. QSS-PK reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request based on inspection results.
